The Gel Color – Rubber Base Coat from Pink Mask is a high-viscosity, hyper-flexible gel-base formula.
HOW TO USE

Place a drop of the Rubber Base Coat in the center of the nail. 
Spread it in circular movements to the nail edges. 
Use a liner brush (or similar) to push product toward the cuticle area and sides. 
Level the product by gently turning the finger so the gel settles evenly.
